Shipping & Delivery
We ship your parts same day Australia wide (week days subject to availability*) by either Australia Post or national freight carriers such as TNT, StarTrack Express or Hunter. Alternatively, you can pick up your parts direct from our national warehouse.
COD Australia Post
Your goods will be shipped same day* you order to your local Post Office. Payment is made at the Post Office for the parts and the freight when you pick them up. Note: As Australian Post operates this service independently we cannot quote you on the freight costs. This service can often be the cheapest but slowest freight option.
Payment for the goods at the post office must be made in cash. In the unlikely event the goods are not picked up by you from the office, SuperPlus reserves the right to recover the freight and sundry associated costs from you to send the goods and retrieve them.
National Freight Carrier
Order and pay for your goods and freight up front and we will ship them the same day*. The goods will be delivered direct to your door. You can choose to have the parts delivered to your home, work or any address.
From time to time, SuperPlus competitively tenders our freight contract to ensure you, our valued customer receives the best freight rates obtainable. You will also benefit from the lower than publicly available rates SuperPlus enjoys, due to the large volumes of goods we ship daily from our warehouse.
Please note delays in shipping can occur due the parts being ordered immediately before a weekend or public holiday. Remote locations around Australia can also experience delays due the infrequent freight of Australia Post services in the area.
Insurance
Goods sent to you are not insured unless specifically requested. Insurance is available as an option should you choose to send your goods via Australia Post or National Freight.
Pricing
At SuperPlus we strive to give you the best availale prices whilst still offering factory warranty and repairs on all our products. Occasionally you may find a better price elsewhere, but be sure they have the product in stock and that you can obtain a written factory warranty guarantee. Very few other "grey market" importers have factory endorsement like SuperPlus.
We have omitted pricing in our catalogue as wholesale parts prices frequently vary due to fluctuations in the exchange rate for imported products and variances from local suppliers. To obtain the latest best prices on our products, simply call our support team on 03 9703 1119. Prices are current at the time of quotation but subject to change at a later date. All quotes provided will be honored for same day orders.
Payment
SuperPlus accepts cash, direct deposit, online transfers, Australia Post COD, money orders or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard. All credit cards fees levied by the banks on transactions are passed on to the customer. These fees are typically 2% to 3% of the purchase price. We do not accept cheqes.
To ensure your goods are shipped same day, the goods must be paid for in full or sent Australia Post COD. See also Shipping & Delivery notes for details.
Lay By
Superplus is pleased to offer a lay by service to our customers. A 10% deposit is required on purchase and regular payments made up to a maximum period of 3 months. In the event the goods are not picked up within three months of the purchase date, SuperPlus reserves the right to retain all or a portion of the deposit monies and re sell the goods ordered.
Special Orders
In the event the part you order is not a commonly stocked item and must be specifically ordered from the manufacturer, you will be required to pay for the component up front. This is because uncommonly sold components cannot be easily resold or returned to the manufacturer without a return cost.
Trade Accounts
SuperPlus opens accounts for a select number of high volume customers around Australia. For an account to be opened, the applicant must be a registered company, complete the appropriate application forms and will be provided limited terms for 3 months.This establishes likely future purchase volumes and the appropriate future volume discount structure.
Parts Availability
The SuperPlus team constantly strives to ensure the broadest range of parts are always kept in stock. Whilst we strive to ensure all manufacturer products are always on the shelf, we cannot guarantee immediate availability for the components that we must source from other importers. However, in most cases, if the component is not available off the shelf, we can usually source the part for you from one of several local importers same day or overnight.

Product Returns
Please ensure that you have your invoice number or ideally the original document with you to return goods. All return freight will be at your cost but reimbursed to you if the parts are faulty or incorrectly supplied by SuperPlus. Return freight costs will be charged to you in the event the part(s) are not faulty.
SuperPlus is happy to accept returns should you change your mind within 7 days of the purchase date. Goods and packaging must be in as new undamaged condition. This includes no scratches, marks or other blemishes and in clean condition. As you will appreciate, SuperPlus cannot be held responsible for incorrect selection by the customer, opened packaging or items damaged in transit unless specifically insured.
In the event the wrong component has been ordered and does not suit the application or the goods are returned after 7 days, SuperPlus may choose to provide a Credit Note or a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Should a refund be provided, a 15% service charge will be deducted from the purchase price to cover costs.
Factory Warranty
Unlike many grey market importers or resellers of imported parts in Australia, SuperPlus prides itself in offering full factory backed warranty and repairs on the products we sell and support. If you get a great price elsewhere, always check to ensure that the supplier can substantiate in writing they can offer a factory guarantee and warranty backup on the parts they sell.
If you have a problem with a product, return it to us and we will have it checked out by the manufacturer or legitimate importer, no questions asked. In the event the product is deemed to be faulty, we will replace the product or refund your money in full.
Catalogue Errors and or Omissions
We have worked hard to minimise errors in our catalogue. Great care has been taken to state the correct size and specifications of many of the products at the time of going to press. From time to time manufacturers change these specifications without notice. Whilst every effort has been made to minimise such potential changes, errors and omissions are expected.
The suppliers and manufactures listed in our catalogue were current when going to print. From time to time, suppliers may change. In this event, the equivalent product will be supplied from the alternate manufacturer.
